We are always looking for dedicated individuals to answer the call 24/7/365. You must be a resident of Allamuchy, Green, or Frelinghuysen Townships, or work within the townships and be able to provide availability. No medical background is needed, we will provide all the required training at NO COST to you! This includes CPR, the EMT Course, and all other required training courses. Membership Categories

  • Active Member

    • Must be 18+ and reside in Allamuchy, Green, or Frelinghuysen Townships. 
    • Must provide availability for one duty night per week and one duty weekend per month. 
    • A duty night consists of one weeknight from 7pm-6am. A duty weekend is from Fri night 7pm to Sat 6am and then Sat night 7pm until Mon 6am. 
    • Expected to attend all meetings and drills which are Tuesdays. 

  • Associate Member

    • Must be 18+ and either reside in our primary coverage area or be willing to stay at the station for their duty shift. 
    • Associate members are required to provide one duty shift per week. They are also required to attend weekly Tuesday meetings. 

  • Cadet

    • Must be 17 years old
    • Must reside in Allamuchy, Green, or Frelinghuysen Township
    • Cadet members are meant to learn on calls until they are 18 and can become active members

  • Driver

    • Drivers must be 21+ and reside in Allamuchy, Green, or Frelinghuysen Townships OR work within the townships and be able to respond to emergencies while on duty. 
    • Drivers are not required to stay at the station. You may respond from home or work. 
    • Drivers are required to have CPR training and must be knowledgable about the location of equipment on the ambulance to assist their EMT partner on all calls.
